“Bazaar is absolutely true to its title, it unveiled a gripping adventure in grime side of human society, mysterious and powerful people controlled that world, which unfolded seamlessly with scintillating storytelling. It didn’t scream, it lingered fear and helplessness, suppressed vulnerability of the life depicted like a powerful blackhole which is constantly pulling your senses. This riveting, atmospheric plot waved skillfully, conveyed terror and makes it utterly unputdownable action novel, unfurled plot twists that will give you goosebumps, revealing human passion, desires, power hunger, a jam packed thriller of action and crime scenes from start to end makes readers rooted in the book.

“Bazaar is that rare thriller that delivers both adrenaline-pumping action and intellectual stimulation. Miles Joyner has created a debut novel that feels both timely and timeless, combining cutting-edge technology with age-old themes of power, justice, and survival.”
The Bookish Elf

“Let me just say that I’m not a technology person, so sometimes technical details are lost on me. With Bazaar, I was so engaged with the story that it didn’t matter.”
The Book Connection

“This is the first book that I’ve read by this author and it will not be my last. I don’t know if I’ve ever read a techno-thriller. I found myself drawn into the authors thrilling dark web… . The author has written some breathtaking action scenes and several times I found myself holding my breath at times. What an amazing Debut novel by the author. I can’t wait to see what comes next.”
Because I Said So and Other Adventures in Parenting

I enjoyed this book immensely, and I was torn between rooting for the characters on both sides of the target: Raptor and their crew and Aaron Williams, the surprisingly adept young killer…
…The plot is fast-paced, with a shocking murder occurring soon after the story begins. I was caught completely off guard by the unexpected opening, and I was hooked for the duration of the tale. The death pool with a twist was riveting and unique, and Aaron Williams is a surprisingly relatable antagonist, displaying a genius and aptitude for the horrific work.

“In Miles Joyner’s Bazaar, you won’t find colorful spices, scarves or hand-woven rugs, you’ll find assassins for hire. His bazaar is on the dark web, and is filled with intrigue and mal intent. Mr. Joyner’s novel begins with a chilling double homicide and never slows down.”
Book Junkie Reviews

“This is a fast-paced read, and at times the story gets so intense that it kept me on edge, biting my nails… The author’s writing is commendable throughout, creating a constant atmosphere of uncertainty, followed by a relentless dance of bullets and death.”
The Lectorem & Books

“Bazaar by Miles Joyner is one of those books that grabs you by the collar from page one and refuses to let go until it’s dragged you—wide-eyed and slightly breathless—through a world where dark web markets, untraceable firearms, and calculated assassinations are the currency of the day. It’s part dystopian cyber-thriller, part political commentary, and entirely relevant in a way that feels almost uncomfortably prescient.”
The Reading Bud

“Reading the book is like binge-watching one of those limited episodes mini shows over the course of a weekend. It examines the complexities of politics, criminal activity, law enforcement, and high-profile assassination attempts that put both parties in precarious situations… The author knows what he is talking about. He has done his research, knows what he is writing, and it’s realistic and raw.”
The Fiction Fog

Miles Joyner has created a thriller that pits those who want to bring the elite down, against those who hold the power. He makes a statement about social unrest. It takes place in Washington DC, so it’s not a surprise that people like Chiedu are their targets. Miles caught me off guard more than once, leaving me to wonder who they can trust. Again, it makes me wonder, could this happen in our time?
Mystery Review Crew

“This isn’t just a high-octane action thriller (though it certainly is that). Joyner does a great job weaving in sharp dialogue and tense interactions among the protectors and the assassins alike… In all honesty, I could easily see this adapted for television as a gripping series. A fantastic debut that leaves you wanting more.”
Jackie’s Reading Corner

“The action is relentless and seemingly non-stop, and yes, the aforementioned quick cuts actually help in this regard. The inventiveness of the reasonings, techniques, and tactics of both our bad guys and our good guys are truly something to behold – Joyner clearly has a lot of ideas here, and for the most part they tend to land exactly as desired…. Overall truly an interesting book with a perspective and topic rarely seen in fiction.”
-Jeff Sexton, BookAnon

Bazaar is not just about action; it unfolds layer by layer, offering more than just a high-stakes thriller.”
-Priya Bhasin, The Bibliophilic World

“There’s more than what meets the eye. As the chapters unfold, it becomes difficult to trust any of the characters and that’s what makes the story even more intriguing. Because when you see multiple points of views of the same situation and notice how different characters interpret it differently, whom do you trust?”

“The author wrote an engaging thriller of a read following many different players in this book. The characters are well written and you can not help feeling a little bad for Aaron, our resident contract killer as he is on his journey. This was a great security thriller of a read! And I look forward to more books involving the Raptor team!”
Country Mamas with Kids

“Miles Joyner shows a lot of promise with his first novel, and I’m excited to see more from him in the future. It can be a lot of fun to watch an author grow with each novel they write, when you start reading from the start. “If you are a fan of action-packed novels and suspenseful stories, ‘Bazaar’ will surely appeal to you. I must say it’s really a page-turner and a must-read for fans of contemporary fiction.”
Wordsmith Reviews

“This is one action filled novel. I lost count of the deadly gun fights included. The plot concept is intriguing with people betting on an assassination day then plotting the very act to win the pool. The novel introduced me to a world I had not experienced, filled with unsavory characters and extreme gang violence.”
Book Reviews from an Avid Reader

“That kind of book doesn’t just make you laugh; it makes you think. And the story keeps you on the edge of your seat. It makes you question what you think you know about power, technology, and justice. There isn’t a clear finish, and I don’t want one. There is just enough doubt to make me think about what I would do in the same position. As I turned the last page, I felt both pleased and uneasy, because I knew that even though this was fiction, it was still possible.”
